Goju Kai Karate Do Sydney Inc ("club") is a martial arts club with foundations in traditional Japanese karate. Our style has a focus on self-defence, personal growth and development including self-confidence, discipline, balance, co-ordination and fitness.
The Karate Club welcomes new students both beginner and advanced. Students can learn and improve their skills in a safe and friendly environment.
This Club was established in 1968 by Paul Starling ,Shihan 8th Dan Kyoshi and Vice President of the International Karate-Do Goju-Kai Association of which Goshi Yamaguchi Hanshi is the President. The club is now run by the committee made up of senior black belt members as listed under the club information section.

Where are the classes ?
What to wear ?
Beginners can wear loose fitting clothing such as t-shirt and tracksuit pants. If you already have a white Gi (Karate Uniform) that's ideal.
Do I have to pay by the month, or sign a contract ?
If you do wish to start training you can pay on a casual basis and there are no contracts.
